Finished powder room vanity and toilet with new flooring and fresh paint

Project notes

This was a small powder room (about 60" x 60") that needed a full refresh. We removed the old finishes, rebuilt the room step-by-step, and focused on clean details so the space feels modern and “tight” — not patched.

The update included a new tile floor, a new toilet, and a new vanity. We also completed wall repairs, prep, and repainting for a smooth consistent finish, then wrapped up with trim detailing so edges stay crisp.

Powder room remodel FAQ

Quick answers about timelines, tile, and what usually affects cost.

How long does a small powder room remodel take?
Many powder room remodels can be completed in a few days. Tile and paint cure/dry times can affect the schedule, so we plan the sequence to keep everything clean and consistent.
What impacts cost the most in a powder room?
Tile choice/format, wall repairs behind old finishes, and how much trim/detailing is included. The fastest way is photos + a quick walkthrough to confirm scope.
Can you match clean trim lines and keep it looking “custom”?
Yes — prep and detailing matter most in small rooms. We focus on crisp caulk lines, smooth walls, and a clean final paint finish so the room doesn’t look “patched.”
