Finished hardwood flooring and renovated interior view

Project notes

This was a full interior renovation designed to modernize the home and create a consistent, clean finish throughout. We coordinated multiple scopes so the final result felt “one-piece” instead of a collection of separate repairs.

On the main level, we installed hardwood flooring and completed whole-home painting to refresh walls, ceilings, and trim areas as needed. In the kitchen, we installed cabinets and finished the look with a backsplash and new floor tile.

We also installed LVP flooring in the basement for a durable, modern finish, and completed baseboards across the home to tie everything together. Finally, we installed light fixtures to complete the updated look.

Interior renovation FAQ

Quick answers about multi-scope interior renovations.

Do you handle multiple trades in one project?
Yes — we often combine painting, flooring, trim, and installation work into one coordinated renovation plan. It helps keep timelines tighter and the finish consistent.
What impacts the timeline the most?
Material lead times (cabinets, flooring), prep needs, drying/curing time, and how much work is happening while the home is occupied. A walkthrough helps us map a realistic schedule.
Can you renovate while the homeowners live in the house?
Often yes — we plan the sequence (room-by-room where possible), protect surfaces, and keep the jobsite clean. Some scopes may be easier when the space is empty; we’ll advise based on your situation.
Do you install lighting and fixtures?
We install many homeowner-supplied fixtures. If a scope requires a licensed trade, we coordinate licensed professionals as required.
